Gregory C. Wentz attends Ohio Business Law Seminar

The Ohio State Bar Association held a continuing education seminar on Ohio Business Law on July 28, 2011.  Among the attendees, Gregory C. Wentz, Managing Partner of Coen Wexler and Wentz, took part in the educational sessions and networking opportunities.  Mr. Wentz regularly attends conferences on Ohio Business and Small Business in order to remain informed about issues and any recent developments that could potentially impact the businesses he serves.  Since Mr. Wentz devotes a large portion of his practice to Ohio Business, Small Business and Business Continuation Planning, continuing to remain current on the issues of Ohio Business Law is vital to providing guidance and advice to his clients.

Among the topics of the seminar were issues regarding Executive Compensation, Franchise Law, and Immigration Law.  There were also presentations about Recent Economic Developments and Updates in the state of Ohio and issues surrounding financially troubled companies.
